Are BOLDXR products natural?
Yes! All of our products are made with natural and raw ingredients. These products are also cruelty free, silicone free, paraben free, sulfate free, etc.
Can I use BOLXDR Beauty products on my children?
Yes! Due to our products containing all-natural ingredients, they are safe for children to use. However, due to the use of all-natural butters and oils, perform a patch test on your child’s hair to make sure they don’t have an allergy to the ingredients.
What type of fragrance do you use in your products?
We use natural fragrance oils and essential oils.
Can I find your products in a store near me?
At the moment, all sales of our products are on our website (boldxrbeauty.com).
Do your products work for all hair types?
Yes! These products are created to penetrate your hair and lock in moisture.
How long until I see results?
After a few uses, you should start to notice your hair holding more moisture and your scalp being less dry. In about two weeks you should notice your hair growth and overall improvement in the health of your hair.
Shipping Questions
How long until my products are shipped?
Our team is working diligently to ensure that your products are made, packed, and shipped with love.
Processing time- Allow up to 3 days for us to process your order.
Shipping time – Once processed, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.
My package was returned to sender. What do I do now?
If a package is returned to BOLDXR Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for. delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates). BOLDXR Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect
My package says delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
We are truly sorry to hear that you haven’t received your package! BOLDXR Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, BOLDXR Beauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package. After contacting the carrier, and they are unable to locate the package please email us.
What do I do if my package arrived damaged or incorrect?
We apologize for the inconvenience! In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or damaged item please email us at boldxrbeauty@gmail.com within 72 hours and we will try to resolve the issue once verified. Pictures will be required.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
